ESPN's Jemele Hill has weighed in on the latest news surrounding Colin Kaepernick. Her tweet on the subject is going viral.
Earlier today, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that Kaepernick was set to work out with the Seattle Seahawks. However, the workout was postponed when the quarterback reportedly refused to not kneel for the national anthem in 2018.
"After arranging for Colin Kaepernick to work out for the Seahawks this week, Seattle postponed the trip when the quarterback declined to stop kneeling during the national anthem next season, league sources tell ESPN," Schefter reports.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, meanwhile, says that Schefter's report is not entirely true. He says that Kaepernick's camp has not made an official decision on the national anthem for 2018 if he were to play.
Hill has weighed in on the issue, too. Her tweet about Kaepernick is going viral.
Hill's tweet about Kaepernick has already been retweeted more than 1,000 times and it's been liked more than 2,500 times. Some people might be tired about hearing about the Kaepernick issue, but clearly, it's still a very passionate subject for some.
