Jim Harbaugh made an outfit change for the Big Ten coaches picture at the conference's media days in Chicago. He looks pretty good.

Last year, Michigan's head football coach went viral for being the only coach in the 14-man picture to not be wearing a suit. The coach was wearing his typical sideline garb - Michigan hat, blue pullover, khaki pants.

Harbaugh did not repeat this picture this year. Michigan's head coach showed up wearing a suit - a sharp-looking one at that - for this year's coaches' picture. Eleven Warriors' Dan Hope tweeted out a picture:

Looking good, Jim.
