Watch: UNC Stars Joel Berry And Theo Pinson Receive Standing Ovation In Final Collegiate Game

Roy Williams hugs Joel Berry in the final moments of NCAA Tournament loss to Texas A&M.

Just a year removed from cutting down the nets, the defending champions were sent home before reaching the Sweet 16.

Propelled by a barrage of 3-pointers, No. 7 Texas A&M stunned No. 2 UNC 86-65 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday.

The large margin actually allowed for North Carolina head coach Roy Williams to sub out two of his senior stars late and give them their proper due.

With less than 1:30 to play at the Spectrum Center in the Tar Heels' home state of North Carolina, Williams subbed out seniors Joel Berry and Theo Pinson. It wound up being their final game wearing Carolina Blue.

The move brought everyone to their feet.

It's a pretty powerful moment. Berry led the Tar Heels with 21 points and five boards in their loss to the Aggies, while Pinson scored four points, dished out 11 assists and grabbed seven rebounds. While Berry and Pinson may not exactly be going out on a high note, their college careers are nothing short of amazing.
