Despite all the controversy away from the hardwood, the Kansas Jayhawks continue to prove they're still one of the elite programs in college basketball. With two games in the books, they already have an impressive victory over Michigan State.

Tonight, Kansas will play host to Louisiana-Lafayette in an attempt to improve to 3-0. Last week, the Ragin' Cajuns suffered a 22-point loss to the Tennessee Volunteers on the road.

Unlike other seasons, it's the experience of the Jayhawks that is making the difference. More specifically, junior center Udoka Azubuike and senior guard Lagerald Vick are doing the heavy lifting.

Factor in the rise of Quentin Grimes and Devon Dotson, and it's no surprise that Kansas is an overwhelming favorite in this game.

Tipoff is set for 8:00 p.m. ET from Allen Fieldhouse. The game will be available on ESPN+, the company's video-streaming service.

Dave Armstrong, Chris Piper and Kennetra Pulliams will be on the call.

Considering that Louisiana-Lafayette surrenders 87.0 points per game, the Jayhawks could have an offensive outburst.
