Supermodel Kate Upton has always been in amazing shape – given her job as a supermodel – but it appears she’s been taking fitness to a new level the past few months in anticipation of her wedding with Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.
Upton has been posting videos and photos to her social media accounts documenting her time in the gym. Earlier this week, she was spotted at a gym in New York City getting in a serious workout.
Earlier this summer, she posted some interesting videos of herself power lifting and doing yoga. Many went viral – considering the amount of weight she was challenging herself with.

Upton’s engagement, which came after three years of dating, was reported in early May. At time time, Upton was 23 years old – Verland is 33 years old. Her engagement ring, as you’d imagine, is quite impressive.
