The Cleveland Cavaliers roster will look very different next year. However, the team signed a familiar face today.
Channing Frye, who was a member of the Cavs' 2016 championship squad and played for the team for two-plus seasons, was signed to a one-year contract by Cleveland.
He celebrated his signing in humorous fashion on Instagram.
Still, the best welcome back for Frye came from his former and now current Cavs teammate Kevin Love.
Love is pretty excited to have his buddy back in The Land.
Of course, that Love edit is a play on LeBron's Sports Illustrated feature announcing his return to Cleveland in 2014.
This return has slightly less fanfare, but still should help the Cavs in the post-LeBron Era. Frye is still an excellent outside shooter who can stretch the floor as a big man.
