Before the release of the first CFP rankings, Kirk Herbstreit took a look back at the the weekend's slate of games. Herbie named the five best team performances he saw during Week 9's action.
The College GameDay analyst named a few upsets and surprising performances among his top-5.
Here's his top five from Week 9:
- Oklahoma State
- Oregon state
- Kansas
- Kentucky
- Arizona
Herbie also named his top five player performances from the weekend.
Kansas shocked the nation with its third win of the season - against TCU. Meanwhile, Oregon State used a monstrous comeback to take down Colorado in a Pac-12 affair.
Oklahoma State fended off Texas to reinstate itself on the Big 12 conversation.
