Kliff Kingsbury has reportedly landed a new job, as multiple reports out of Los Angeles indicate that the former Texas Tech head coach has been hired as the new offensive coordinator for the USC Trojans.

This is a job that Kingsbury has been linked to for a couple of days. He was reportedly spotted on the USC campus this week.

One NFL insider is saying "not so fast," though.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport says that Kingsbury hasn't officially agreed to a deal with USC - yet, anyway.

Kingsbury has reportedly received offers from NFL teams and he's still weighing those.

"Because many in the NFL have been monitoring… Spoke to a source close to Kliff Kingsbury who said Kingsbury hasn’t agreed to any deal and is still vetting both college and NFL offers. This one is still early," he reports.

Former NFL executive Gil Brandt reported earlier in the week that Kingsbury had multiple "firm" offers from NFL teams. "The phone of former Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury has been ringing off the hook from NFL teams, including two that have given him firm offers. College offense has infiltrated the NFL and Kingsbury's superb knowledge of it is in high demand," he reported.

We'll see if Kingsbury ends up choosing the college life with USC or the pro life as an offensive coordinator or quarterbacks coach in the NFL.
