With a rematch of last season's AFC Championship on tap for this weekend, the Jaguars are waiting to see if Leonard Fournette will be ready to roll against the New England Patriots.
In Jacksonville's season opener, the former first-round pick tweaked his hamstring against the New York Giants. Fournette is undoubtedly the focal point of the Jaguars' offense, as he takes pressure off Blake Bortles' shoulders.
However, the most recent update on his health doesn't bode well for his playing status.
Jaguars reporter Michael DiRocco broke the news that Fournette missed practice once again.
With the talented running back missing practice all week, it's hard to envision him competing on Sunday. Yet, the Jaguars just listed him as questionable for Week 2.
Fournette will undergo more tests on his hamstring this weekend.
If Jacksonville doesn't have Fournette against the Patriots, they'll need T.J. Yeldon to rise to the occasion, as he would receive the bulk of the carries.
