LeBron James has officially been a member of the Los Angeles Lakers franchise for a little more than a week. He officially signed his four-year, $153 million contract with the Lakers earlier this month.

Unsurprisingly, it hasn't taken very long for the father of one of LeBron's new teammates to say something stupid. We'll give you one guess at who this father is...

Of course, it's LaVar Ball, the outspoken father of Lakers' second-year point guard Lonzo Ball.

LaVar, who claims he could beat Michael Jordan in a game of 1-on-1, was recently asked if he could beat LeBron, too. Not only did LaVar say that he could, but he kind of trashed LeBron in the process.

The comments came during an interview with Fanatics View Originals.

"He too weak. Back in my heyday, can’t nobody hold me. 270? Benching 500? All I gotta do is back you in, I’ll lift all off them up off their feet.

Don’t need no video… You want to see me back in the hey day? I was a bad mama jama… My will to win was too hard. One-on-one I bet on myself all day," Ball said.

LeBron, arguably the most-physically impressive basketball player of all-time (he spends more than $1 million every year to keep his body in perfect condition) is "too weak" to be pudgy LaVar Ball in a game of 1-on 1?

Sure thing, LaVar.
