The Cavs and Pacers are locked into a tense Game 7 on ABC. It looks like it will go down to the wire.
LeBron James is leading the Cavs with 38 point through three quarters. However, he just left the game.
In an odd situation, LeBron left the game late in the third quarter and headed to the locker room. This is after he was caught on camera appearing to tell his family earlier in the game that he was playing the full contest.
It didn't appear to be that much of a cause for concern at first. However, LeBron was then joined in the locker room by some team personnel.
After a few minutes, he rejoined his team on the bench. You could probably hear Cavs fans exhale.
The ABC broadcast reported LeBron was cramping. Something to keep an eye on.
The Cavs actually built their lead without LeBron. A Kevin Love three-pointer put Cleveland up 82-74 with just under 10 minutes to play and the Pacers called timeout.
LeBron looks like he is coming back in after the dead ball. The Cavs need him to close this one out.
