LeBron James hit a devastating game-winning floater against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday night, giving the Cleveland Cavaliers a 3-0 series lead. Some think that the hat he was wearing before and after the contest was meant to troll his opponent on top of it.
James, before the game and during his press conference after, was wearing a Seagram's 7 hat. Seagram's, which is now headquartered in Rochester, New York, was originally headquartered in Quebec.
Could LeBron be suggesting that he himself is going to be the reason another Canadian franchise leaves the country? Maybe. Some think so.
One thing is for sure - LeBron meant something by wearing the hat.
If you missed LeBron's game-winner, you can check it out below. After the game, he said the "level of difficulty" on the shot was "very difficult."
Game 4 is Monday night. We'll see if LeBron is still sporting it then.
