LeBron James is likely a couple of weeks away from making his free agency decision. The Cleveland Cavaliers' star forward has reportedly told the franchise that he won't be making any kind of decision before Thursday's NBA Draft. Free agency officially begins on July 1.

There are several teams being mentioned for James' services, but the Lakers seem to be the franchise getting the most buzz right now. Los Angeles has been listed as the favorite to land him by the oddsmakers.

What if James wants to stay put in Cleveland, though? Everyone seems to be acting like he's already gone, but is remaining with the Cavs a real possibility?

ESPN's Ryen Russillo tweeted on Monday that James is currently surveying the league to see if there are any stars who would be willing to come to Cleveland.

The Cavs are reportedly exploring trades for both the Spurs' Kawhi Leonard and the Hornets' Kemba Walker.

"James is scanning the market and seeing if players want to join him in CLE. If no one wants to come to CLE, he’s probably gone. But this is why I’ve said there’s still a chance," Russillo tweeted.

It's also not a done deal for James to go to the Lakers if they end up trading for Leonard. Russillo thinks James-to-L.A. is more likely if they land Paul George. "I think LA would have a better chance to get LeBron if Paul George were there than Leonard. And this would likely mean Lonzo is gone in a trade for an older player," he tweeted.

It's certainly a crazy time in the NBA right now and James' decision is at the forefront of all of this. The craziness is going to continue for a couple of weeks, at least. Stay tuned for all of the reports and rumors regarding LeBron that you could want.
