LeBron Just Showed Up To A Summer League Game In Lakers Shorts

LeBron James has been mostly unheard from and unseen since deciding to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency earlier this month. Outside of a photo tweeted out by his agency, showing LeBron signing his contract, there have been no Lakers-based appearances.

That changed today. LeBron has showed up to the Lakers' Summer League game in Las Vegas.

LeBron is going viral on social media for his outfit, too. He's sporting some cool Lakers shorts.

The NBA's Summer League Twitter account tweeted out a video of LeBron's arrival.

We also have footage of LeBron on the court, interacting with some of his new Lakers teammates. He appears to be having a good time.

LeBron is reportedly a big fan of one of the players he'll be watching today. Lakers' second-year guard Josh Hart has been one of the best players at Summer League.

Lakers GM Rob Pelinka said LeBron has been watching most of the Summer League games and he's come away impressed.

"(LeBron James has) been watching summer league games, and he brought up Josh Hart," Pelinka said during an appearance on Spectrum Sportsnet

"I think if you look at what Josh Hart is doing in summer league ... Josh made a very unique commitment after the season to get right into the weight room. He worked on his explosiveness, he worked on his strength and now he’s one of the top-three scorers in summer league," Pelinka added.

LeBron went viral last summer when he showed up to a Summer League game to watch Lonzo Ball play. That fueled a lot of speculation, with many believing he was watching some of his future teammates play.

There is no more speculation needed. LeBron is indeed watching some of his future teammates play today. And that's pretty cool for Lakers fans to see.
