LeBron James has officially been a member of the Los Angeles Lakers for a little more than a month. The NBA's best player signed a four year, $150-million plus contract with the Lakers last month.

LeBron didn't say much when he initially decided on the Lakers, leaving the Cavaliers after four years (and four straight NBA Finals appearances).

Since then, though, LeBron has been more vocal about his new team. He showed up to Summer League wearing Lakers shorts. He's spoken about his new team at length in several interviews.

A new post from LeBron and the Lakers is going viral on Instagram today. He showed off some of the Lakers banners.

"Be chosen then become the CHOSEN 1," he captioned it.

LeBron added that the photo was taken while he was watching a couple of his young teammates go through a workout.

LeBron and the Lakers are set to open the 2018-19 NBA season on a big stage. They begin the season at Portland on TNT on Thursday, Oct. 18. LeBron's first home game at STAPLES Center is set for Saturday, Oct. 20 against the Rockets. That game will be televised on ESPN.
