Leonard Hamilton's Post-Game Interview On TBS Is Going Viral

Leonard Hamilton's post-game interview went viral.

Leonard Hamilton and his Florida State men's basketball team fell in the Elite Eight this evening. The Seminoles lost to Michigan.

The Wolverines were in control for most of the game and had a decent lead late in the contest. FSU made a run, though, and were down by 4 points with about 10 seconds to play.

Instead of fouling and extending the game, though, Florida State opted to let the clock run out. This made very little sense to everyone watching.

After the game, Hamilton was interviewed by CBS sideline reporter Dana Jacobson. She asked Hamilton about his decision to not foul.

He was confused by it.

"What are you talking about?" Hamilton replied. "You think that the game came down to the final seconds?"

It was pretty bizarre to watch. Hamilton didn't seem to understand what Jacobson was asking about.

Florida State's head coach ended up just saying that the game was over. He walked away frustrated.

Michigan, meanwhile, is set to play Loyola-Chicago in the Final Four next Saturday night. That game will be on TBS.
