Le'Veon Bell did not play in Week 1 of the 2018 NFL regular season. The Pittsburgh Steelers were without the star running back in the Week 1 tie against the Cleveland Browns.

Bell, of course, is holding out. He has yet to sign his franchise tender. Bell is reportedly planning on sitting out for a significant portion of the 2018 NFL season.

The agent for the star NFL running back says Bell will sit out as long as he feels necessary. The Steelers' running back is set to hit free agency in 2019. Bell reportedly does not want to rack up a ton of carries for a team that doesn't want to pay him long-term.

So, the Steelers are without the All-Pro running back. James Conner played well in the absence of Bell, but there are things that he just doesn't do as well as the Pro Bowler.

It's looking like the Steelers are going to be without Bell for Week 2, too.

Pittsburgh released its Week 2 depth chart today - Bell isn't on it.

"Steelers remove Le'Veon Bell from their official depth chart for Week 2 against the KC. Was listed the starter for Week 1 with 'has not signed franchise tender' denotation. Bell remains on alphabetical, numerical, positional, experience rosters on team release," Mark Kaboly tweeted.

Bell doesn't even appear to be in Pittsburgh.

The Steelers' star running back was spotted in Miami on Monday night. From TMZ Sports:

TMZ Sports has learned the star running back partied it up at Rockwell in South Beach ... and wasn't shy about it -- kickin' back at the DJ booth and taking pics with clubgoers.

We're told the Pittsburgh RB got there around midnight Monday and didn't leave until the wee hours of the morning Tuesday.

Sources say he did look to be in great shape ... so at least there's that, Pittsburgh fans.

Stay tuned.
