Everyone's Talking About LiAngelo Ball's New Foot Locker Commercial
LaVar Ball says his middle son, LiAngelo Ball, is an NBA player. Unfortunately, he probably isn't. The former UCLA forward, who left the school to play in Lithuania, is not considered to be an NBA Draft prospect.
The magic of the Ball family, though, is that we're still talking about LiAngelo Ball like he is. You can hate on LaVar Ball and his Big Baller Brand, but you have to at least respect how good he is at making people talk about it.
Case in point: LiAngelo Ball is featured in a Foot Locker commercial leading up to the NBA Draft.
When was the last time a player who had almost no chance at getting drafted was featured in a commercial leading up to the NBA Draft? Probably never.
The best part: The commercial is actually good. It pokes fun at some stuff and shows that LiAngelo appreciates everything that's going on.

Again, that was actually, surprisingly good. Well done to LiAngelo and Foot Locker. Being able to laugh at yourself is a great trait.
The 2018 NBA Draft, meanwhile, is set to take place on Thursday night. It'll be televised on ESPN at 7 p.m. E.T. Maybe an NBA franchise will shock everyone and take LiAngelo.
