One of the most prominent names among potential NFL head coaches is Oklahoma HC Lincoln Riley. Seen as a creative offensive mind, Riley has led Oklahoma to a Big 12 title and has another one is within his sights this year.
In the wake of the Cleveland Browns firing head coach Hue Jackson, Riley was asked the question as to whether he wanted the job – or any other NFL job for that matter.
His response? “I could care less about the NFL. Right now we’re trying to win this game and make a run.”

Riley added that he just doesn’t have “that itch” to jump ship and coach in the NFL right away.

We’ll see if his answer changes once the season is over.
The Browns fired Jackson as well as offensive coordinator Todd Haley earlier this morning. The team went 0-16 last season and started the 2018 season at 2-5-1.
