The potential top-five pick will reportedly only work out for one team.
Lonzo Ball to the Los Angeles Lakers seems like destiny.
With the Lakers getting the No. 2 overall pick in the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night, and Ball appearing to be the second-best prospect in the Markelle Fultz, it's probably going to happen.
The Ball camp is going to do everything it can to make that happen, too.
Apparently, the former UCLA Bruins' star will only be working out for the Lakers.
“That’s all we working out for is the Lakers,” LaVar Ball told Lakers Nation. “Just the Lakers. There’s nobody else that we need to workout for.”
It's common for top draft prospects to only work out for a couple of teams, but it seems odd that Lonzo wouldn't work out for teh Boston Celtics, who have the No. 1 overall pick, or the Philadelphia 76ers, who have the No. 3 overall pick.
