Who's the girl College GameDay's intro song? Her name is Lzzy Hale.

If you are a college football fan and you hear the phrase "we're coming to your city" you immediately think of ESPN's College GameDay and its iconic intro song. Various artists have had the privilege of shouting the phrase into your TV over the years, but recently Lzzy Hale has been the woman getting you ready for college football Saturdays.

Hale is a singer and musician most known for being the lead singer and rhythm guitarist in the band Halestorm. Hale has performed alongside country star Eric Church in a duet of the hit song "That's Damn Rock & Roll." She and her band have also made appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The 33-year-old has also been a regular as one of the "Hottest Chicks in Metal" according to Revolver.

Hale also has her own signature guitar by Gibson which the company announced in 2014. Most recently, Hale was a featured artist in Dream Theatre's "Our New World" track back in September of 2016.

While the country music group Big & Rich are still the voices in the intro song, Hale is the girl seen playing the guitar during the video with them.

Now you know who the girl is that gets ESPN's College GameDay going each and every Saturday during the college football season and shreds on the guitar.
