One of the top transfers on the college basketball market is no longer available. He’s made his decision.
MaCio Teague, a transfer out of UNC-Asheville, has committed to Baylor. The sophomore guard also had interest from Louisville, Xavier and Virginia, among other programs.
The 6-foot-3 guard announced his decision on Twitter.

This is a major pickup for the Bears. Teague was arguably the best guard available on the transfer market.
Teague averaged 16.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game last year. He shot 42.5 percent from the 3-point line.
Baylor has fared well with transfers in the past.
Scott Drew is another coach that is building with transfers. Has landed Mario Kegler, Makai Mason, and now Macio Teague in the past year or so.
