ESPN has had some major talent turnover in recent years and it appears the Worldwide Leader is losing one of its biggest social media personalities.

Darren Rovell, a sports business reporter with more than 2 million Twitter followers, is reportedly leaving the Worldwide Leader.

Brian Stelter is reporting that Rovell is leaving ESPN for The Action Network.

"I hear ESPN sports business reporter @darrenrovell is leaving ESPN... He's close to a deal with sports betting startup @ActionNetworkHQ to cover the business of betting and help with content strategy..." he reports.

Rovell has had two stints at ESPN, working at CNBC in between those two different stints. He's yet to officially comment on the news.
