Michael Porter Jr. was the No. 1 overall recruit coming out of high school. Injuries derailed his freshman season at Missouri, but he still was projected to be a top pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. However, he's apparently starting to slide.

ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Porter is dropping in the NBA Draft. NBA teams are concerned about his injury status.

Porter Jr. has had back problems and he was unable to perform in some of his scheduled pre-draft workouts. It's unclear where he's at physically right now.

"Michael Porter Jr is dropping in this draft.. " Woj said on ESPN.

The Philadelphia 76ers have the No. 10 overall pick in the draft. Earlier reports suggested that the Sixers were interested in trading up to land him. So, it seems unlikely that he would fall past No. 10.

ESPN's latest NBA Draft mock projection, though, has him going at No. 12 to the Los Angeles Clippers. We'll find out shortly.

The 2018 NBA Draft is set to begin at 7 p.m. E.T. It'll be televised on ESPN.
