Michigan Set An NCAA Tournament Record Tonight

Michigan's Mo Wagner attempts a shot.

Michigan just finished one of the most-impressive offensive performances we've seen in the NCAA Tournament. The Wolverines are off to the Elite Eight.

John Beilein's team, the No. 3 seed in the West Region, dominated No. 7 seed Texas A&M from the start. It was never close.

Michigan won, 99-72.

The Wolverines broke an NCAA Tournament record in the process of tonight's victory, too.

There were eight (!) different Michigna players who knocked down at least 1 three-pointer.

That's an NCAA Tournament record.

The best one had to be the one that came in the final seconds from C.J. Baird. The bench went crazy.

Michigan is off to the Elite Eight. It's set to take on the winner of the game between Gonzaga and Florida State.

An official game time and TV channel will come out later. The game will be on Saturday night.
