The 2018 NBA Draft is set to begin in less than three hours. We apparently already know who is going to be taken at both No. 1 and No. 2 overall. The picks have been locked in.

We have known for a while that former Arizona star big man Deandre Ayton is going at No. 1 overall. The Phoenix Suns have been completely focused on Ayton with the top selection and that's who they will be taking.

There has been more speculation about the No. 2 overall pick. Everyone from Luka Doncic to Marvin Bagley III to Michael Porter Jr. have been mentioned for that selection.

The Kings have reportedly made their selection. They're going with the former Duke star.

Yahoo! Sports' Shams Charania is reporting that Sacramento will be taking Bagley III at No. 2 overall.

"Phoenix (Arizona’s DeAndre Ayton) and Sacramento (Duke’s Marvin Bagley III) have locked in on the NBA Draft’s Nos. 1 and 2 picks," Charania reports.

New York Times' Marc Stein reports that Bagley is the likely selection, too. "With Deandre Ayton widely expected to go No. 1 overall to Phoenix, league sources say Sacramento has lasered in on Marvin Bagley with the No. 2 pick in tonight’s NBA Draft," he reports.

The question, now, is who will go No. 3 overall? Will the Atlanta Hawks be taking Luka Doncic? That seems likely.

We can't wait to find out. The NBA Draft is set to begin at 7 p.m. E.T. on ESPN.
