It has been an awful start to the season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. They are 0-6 and their best player Kevin Love is injured.
Earlier today, Cleveland fired its head coach Tyronn Lue. Life after LeBron James 2.0 has been grim.
As for Love, he's dealing with a lingering foot issue. There's been no indication when he'll return.
According to The New York Times' Marc Stein, it might not be for a while. The Cavs are reportedly considering giving Love a long stint of rest.
Love signed a four-year, $120 million extension with the Cavs in the offseason, as the franchise attempted to build around him with LeBron in Los Angeles.
Thus far, it hasn't worked, but the roster beyond Love leaves plenty to be desired.
The Cavs and interim head coach Larry Drew will look for their first win of the season on Tuesday. They face the woeful Atlanta Hawks, so this might be a chance to actually get a W.
