The son of an NBA star could be suiting up for the Nebraska Huskers' men's basketball team in a couple of years.

Zaire Wade, the son of Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade, is a rising prospect in the 2020 class. He's made headlines this summer for his play, balling out in some pro-am games.

The guard scored a bucket on Tim Hardaway Jr. earlier this summer:

This morning, Zaire Wade was offered a scholarship by Nebraska.

The Huskers have a great relationship with the Wade family. Dwyane's wife, Gabrielle Union, is a Nebraska native and big fan.

She's excited.

Zaire Wade is a 6-foot-2 guard out of American Heritage in Florida.
