This would be a very Browns pick.

The Cleveland Browns have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Who are they going to take?

One NFC personnel guy is "convinced" the Browns will make a surprising decision and take Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen.

Allen, a 6-foot-5, 233-pound quarterback, is extremely physically gifted. He's got a great arm. He's big. He looks like he should be an NFL quarterback. But he completed just 56 percent of his passes this year and has thrown 21 interceptions over the past two seasons. Maybe he'll end up being a great NFL quarterback, but if he does go to Cleveland, you just know it won't work out, right?
