8:24 - The pick is in for the Jacksonville Jaguars...and it's Luke Joeckel of Texas A&M. Year of the Big Uglies?
8:28 With the Raiders on the clock, fans are wondering who the fastest player available is:
8:32 And we have our first draft day trade! The Raiders send the 3rd overall pick to the Miami Dolphins. Raiders move down to the 12th pick, plus get additional picks that are currently unknown.
8:35 The Miami Dolphins surprise everyone and take Dion Jordan, the OLB from Oregon. Who knew it was Oregon's defense that would make NFL Draft waves?
8:38 Leave it to Oakland to mess up everyone's mock drafts.
8:39 The official trade: Oakland gave up the 3rd pick of the draft (Dion Jordan) to the Miami Dolphins for the 12th and 42nd overall picks.

8:50 The Lions are interesting here -- they obviously didn't have a great 2012, but they are much better than fifth-worst in the league. This pick could make a huge difference for them, and it has to be lucky that Barry Sanders is announcing the selection. With the 5th pick, the Lions go with Ezekiel Ansah, the defensive end from BYU. They will pair him with Suh and Fairley on what could be an incredible defensive line.
8:55 - With the 6th overall pick the Cleveland Browns select Barkevious Mingo from LSU.
9:02 - The Arizona Cardinals take guard Jonathan Cooper out of North Carolina with the 7th pick.

9:26 - The Tennessee Titans take guard Chance Warmack from Alabama -- yes, that's the 5th offensive lineman in the first ten picks.
9:32 - The Chargers take Alabama's D.J. Fluker with the 11th pick -- you can see why Alabama won the national championship just by looking at the top of the NFL Draft and the insane offensive line they had assembled in 2012.
9:38 - Oakland is picking for real this time, after trading down from the #3 spot. The Raiders select D.J. Hayden 12th, cornerback from Houston. The crowd on hand seemed pretty shocked by the pick.
