The Jacksonville Jaguars have arguably been the most-disappointing team in the NFL this season. The franchise entered the season with Super Bowl hopes, but won't come close to making the playoffs.

Jacksonville has decided to make a major change to its coaching staff.

The Jaguars, following Sunday's loss to the Buffalo Bills, have fired their offensive coordinator.

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter first reported the news.

"Jaguars fired their OC Nathaniel Hackett, per sources," he reports.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport has confirmed the decision.

The Jaguars fell to 3-8 on the season with the loss.
