The Washington Redskins have endured a brutal season. After losing promising rookie running back Derrius Guice before the start of the 2018 season, the Redskins have placed more players on Injured Reserve than any other team in the NFL.
The injuries continued throughout the season with quarterback Alex Smith, who suffered a broken leg just a few weeks ago.
How is the team responding to the injuries this season? They’re doing everything in their power to remain positive and attack each week.
The team held a players only meeting after practice on Thursday – likely led by star running back Adrian Peterson, who reportedly addressed the team last week as well.

The Redskins travel to Jacksonville this weekend to take on the Jaguars in a match-up of teams who had high expectations for the 2018 campaign. Washington is rolling with Josh Johnson at quarterback in the contest, though the team just signed him two weeks ago.
Washington and Jacksonville kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS.
