NFL Writer Jason Cole Rips Dan Marino After Ouster From CBS

Many football fans on Twitter seem to be happy about the news that Dan Marino and Shannon Sharpe have been removed from "NFL Today" on CBS. One noted NFL writer in particular, Jason Cole, has been adding to the news, bringing Marino's work ethic into question.

Some Dolphins fans have engaged Cole, saying that their team should bring Marino on in some capacity. Cole disagrees, adding to his assertion that Marino won't work at the job.

">@Rizzmigizz he doesn't want to work at it. This is not Elway.

">@Rizzmigizz he does, but that doesn't mean u give it to him

">@Gary_Groves he didn't like doing the work then. He's not going to like it any more now. It's not a dig, it's reality.

The Dolphins could definitely use an infusion of leadership in the wake of the ever-escalating Richie Incognito/Jonathan Martin situation, but if Cole has Marino pinned right, the Dolphins legend may not be the right guy for that situation.
