The Houston Rockets have lost a couple of their top players this offseason, with Trevor Ariza heading to Phoenix on a one-year deal and Luc Mbah a Moute doing the same with the Clippers.

Mike D'Antoni's squad appears to be looking at a Golden State Warriors' guard to help replenish their bench heading into the 2018-19 season.

Nick Young, who signed a one-year deal with the Warriors last summer, does not appear to be returning to Golden State.

Houston has emerged as a major option.

Mark Berman of FOX in Houston reports that the Rockets are a legitimate contender for Young.

Young's shooting ability would likely play well in Houston, which excels from behind the arc as well as anyone in the league.

It's unclear what kind of timeline Young is operating on when it comes to his decision. Stay tuned.
