Paul Finebaum Trashes Coach For What He Did On Saturday

ESPN college football analyst Paul Finebaum went after one college football coach for his behavior on Saturday night following his team's win.

Butch Jones, Tennessee's former head coach who's now on staff at Alabama, celebrated the win at Neyland Stadium pretty hard.

Some Crimson Tide players gave him a Gatorade bath and he was smoking a victory cigar in the locker room.

Finebaum trashed Jones and called his behavior "laughable" during a radio appearance this morning.

“Listen, he’s on the Alabama staff,” Finebaum said during an appearance on WJOX in Birmingham. “He has every right to celebrate as a member of that staff. But the problems with Tennessee football are his. He left behind a mess, and Jeremy Pruitt has done a remarkable and admirable job of trying to dig himself and that program out of the mess that is really Butch Jones’ fault.”

That's a fair point.

Tennessee, after all, is still paying Jones a lot of money.

Alabama remained undefeated with the win, while Tennessee dropped to 3-4.
