The spokesman for the SEC has made his conference championship game prediction.
On ESPN's College Football Live this afternoon, Paul Finebaum was asked to pick which teams from the SEC East and SEC West will meet in the league's title game.
His prediction: Alabama-Tennessee.
Those two programs have never met in the SEC Championship Game.
Alabama has won six league championship games (most recently last season), while Tennessee has won two (last in 1998).
The Volunteers are viewed by most as the favorite in the SEC East, though many have LSU over the Crimson Tide as the favorite in the SEC West.
Alabama and Tennessee are set to play in the regular season, with the Volunteers hosting the Crimson Tide at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn. on Oct. 15.
Who are you picking to make the SEC Championship Game this year?
