Earlier this week, an NBA guard proposed to his girlfriend of just one year. Don't worry, she said yes.
Former college basketball star Nik Stauskas bent the knee to girlfriend Alexandra Brynn. The couple had been dating for just one year prior to the engagement.
Stauskas, a former Michigan Wolverine, was the No. 8 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. Since entering the league, he's played for the Sacramento Kings, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, and now plays for the Portland Trailblazers.
"I don’t know what I did to deserve you or this happiness but I have never been more thankful for you than I am today, and I feel so lucky to be able to call you my fiancé. Forever with you is all I need in life, and i can’t wait to start this adventure with you. Cheers to us! I love you so much babe," Brynn wrote of the engagement on Instagram.
Meet the couple below.
Congratulations to the couple on their engagement!
