Pitt vs. Clemson preview:

Clemson (9-0) enters the contest fresh off of a 54-0 win over Syracuse last Saturday. Pitt (5-4) has lost two straight games with the team's latest loss coming at Miami (FL) last Saturday as the Panthers fell 51-28.

Pitt gave up 534 yards to the Hurricanes last week with 356 of those yards coming through the air. Pitt also turned the ball over twice while it did not force any turnovers from Miami. Quarterback Nathan Peterman threw for 287 yards, two touchdowns and an interception against the 'Canes.

Clemson demolished Syracuse last Saturday hanging 565 yards on the Orange while also forcing three turnovers. Deshaun Watson threw for 169 yards on 13-of-15 passing for two touchdowns. He also had a rushing touchdown against Syracuse as well.

Clemson and Pitt did not play against one another last season.

Pitt vs. Clemson Prediction:

Clemson's offense is going to be far too much for Pittsburgh's defense which ranks 87th in the nation allowing 429 yards per contest. Deshaun Watson and the Tigers' passing game should torch Pitt's pass defense as well which is the third worst in the country allowing over 317 yards through the air per game.

Clemson picks up its 10th win of the year on Saturday in dominant fashion.
