Puma has been the talk of the NBA world leading up to Thursday night's NBA Draft. The upstart basketball brand has been signing almost all of the draft's top prospects, from Marvin Bagley to Deandre Ayton to Michael Porter Jr.

The apparel company has signed another player. This time, it's a veteran wing.

Puma has signed Roc Nation client Rudy Gay to a shoe deal. Gay, 31, has been in the league since 2006.

Is Puma just going to sign every NBA player/draft prospect? It's looking that way.

Gay, a veteran wing, has made a couple of big career decisions lately. He opted out of his contract with the San Antonio Spurs earlier this week, making himself a free agent.

The former No. 8 overall NBA Draft pick averaged 11.5 points and 5.1 rebounds a game for the Spurs last season. It's unclear what his free agency market will look like. NBA free agency is set to officially begin on July 1.
