Fox will host "Thursday Night Football" for the first time this season. The network will have a new face on the sideline for it as well.

According to a new report from Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, Fox is promoting Kristina Pink to sideline reporter for the Thursday night broadcasts. Pink will work alongside Erin Andrews on the sidelines.

Last year, Pink served as the sideline reporter on Fox's No. 3 broadcast team, along with play-by-play man Kenny Albert and color analyst Ronde Barber. Now, she'll be working with the network's top announcing duo, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.

Per Marchand:

Erin Andrews, who has worked with Buck and Aikman on Fox’s No. 1 team, is expected to join Pink on the sidelines, but the final details of both Pink’s and Andrews’ deals are still being ironed out. Pink is likely only going to work with the top crew on Thursdays.

Along with her NFL responsibilities, Pink has also been working as a courtside reporter for Los Angeles Clippers games on Fox Sports' regional channel, Prime Ticket.

Pink may not be a household name just yet, but that will probably change once "Thursday Night Football" rolls around.
