Ryan Lochte's story about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio turned out to be mostly fabricated. The United States' swimmer and three of his Olympic teammates were not robbed by gunmen.

Ryan Lochte didn't completely make it all up, though.

A Brazilian police official told the press today that Lochte and his American teammates did have guns drawn on them by two security guards as a result of their incident at the Rio gas station.

Lochte is back in the United States, while the three teammates involved in the incident are still in Brazil, having to answer for what happened. They reportedly admitted that Lochte fabricated the story.

Here's video of the incident at the gas station, from ABC News.
