ESPN radio host Ryen Russillo was arrested Wednesday morning.

Early Wednesday morning, Ryen Russillo was booked at the Teton County Sheriff's Office in Wyoming on a charge of criminal entry.

Russillo, who was vacationing near Yellowstone National Park, was arrested around 4 a.m. E.T.

According to a report from the Jackson Hole News & Guide, Russillo allegedly wandered into a condo that wasn't his, and refused to leave.

From the report:

Officers were called around 3:30 a.m. to a condo in the 500 block of Snow King Loop for a report of a “highly intoxicated male who was refusing to leave.”

Two people were asleep in the condo when they heard someone come in. They didn’t know the man and asked him to leave because he was drunk, according to reports. Police arrived a few minutes later.

“Occupants pointed the suspect out who was found in a bedroom,” Jackson Police Lt. Roger Schultz said.

Russillo reportedly thought he was staying at the condo, according to police, and did not force entry into the condo.

Russillo was charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum fine of $750.

ESPN had said it was looking into the arrest.
