Seton Hall Star Guard Is Not Starting Today

The 2018 NCAA Tournament is underway. We're a couple of games into the first round.

One of the most-intriguing matchups of Day 1 is the 8-9 game between N.C. State and Seton Hall. That contest is about to tipoff.

An interesting lineup note: Seton Hall's star guard, Desi Rodriguez, is not in the starting lineup. He's going to be coming off the bench.

Rodriguez has been dealing with a leg injury. He's been limited in most of Seton Hall's recent games.

He's played in just 16 minutes over the last 4 games.

The winner will move on to face No. 1 seed Kansas in the second round.

ESPN has No. 8 seed Seton Hall as the favorite in this one. The Pirates are given a 60 percent chance to win, per the BPI.
