It took a miraculous touchdown from Antonio Brown to earn the win, but the Pittsburgh Steelers improved to 3-2-1 with the AFC North wide open. However, questions still remain about the status of Le’Veon Bell.
There is no question that James Conner is holding his own in the Steel City, as the second-year tailback has seven rushing touchdowns. Yet, his role will certainly diminish once Bell returns.
Despite the reports of Bell returning to the Steelers in Week 7, it appears he’s still nowhere to be found at the team’s facility.
Steelers reporter Aditi Kinkhabwala spoke to one player on the team, who said there is no sign of the All-Pro running back. With the bye week in effect, the holdout for Bell continues.
#Steelers starting to get into HQ this morning after yesterday’s big win. One player just messaged me: No sign of RB Le’Veon Bell.
Players meet today, practice Tuesday and Wednesday and are then off until next Monday. The watch continues…

Pittsburgh won’t play until the end of the month, which is when many thought Bell would return. While he can still meet the team later this week, the streak of Mondays without him lives on.
Until Bell is present at the Steelers’ facility, expect more reports about his recent whereabouts.
