The NBA star thinks the cover is not good.
The new Sports Illustrated cover, which features a number of prominent people in sports linking arms, has been drawing some criticism.
The cover, which does not include Colin Kaepernick, has Steph Curry, LeBron James and Roger Goodell, among others, locked together with the words "A NATION DIVIDED...SPORTS UNITED" in bold text.
"Seriously, who signed off on this? This was SUCH a bad idea," ESPN's Bomani Jones said on Twitter.
Steph Curry has chimed in on the cover, saying it is "terrible."
The Golden State Warriors' star added that he thinks the cover is "kind of capitalizing on the hoopla and the media and all that nonsense."
SI's executive editor held a discussion about the cover, saying that while Kaepernick is not on it, he kind of also it. Which, I guess, could make sense in some weird way.
