Everyone seems to have enjoyed No. 11 Loyola-Chicago’s run to the Final Four. The Ramblers will surely have a ton of people cheering them on come Saturday night.
Loyola is set to take on Michigan in the Final Four this weekend. A trip to the national title game is on the line.
Here’s one person who will not be rooting for Loyola and he’s not even a Michigan fan: Stephen A. Smith.
The ESPN personality said on SportsCenter this morning that the Ramblers better not make the national title game. He wants to see the best teams playing for it all and Loyola is not one of them.
“I know that sounds like I’m the grinch or whatever, please forgive me, but when it comes to the national championship game I want to see the two best teams in the nation,” he said.
“I’d take Michigan.”

The winner will face the winner of Villanova-Kansas in the national title game on Monday night.
