For all but two NBA teams, we're several weeks into the offseason. This means players have a lot more free time on their hands.

Often, this results in a lot of social media activity. At times, this can be dangerous.

We're seeing what can happen this morning. An Oklahoma City Thunder star player has liked an Instagram comment that spoke very poorly of his teammate.

Thunder big man Steven Adams reportedly liked an Instagram post that called OKC forward Carmelo Anthony the team's least valuable star.

Here's the post and comment:

Adams, however, is claiming that the like was an accident.

From Bleacher Report:

Before we take things too far, Adams reached out through the Thunder to explain to B/R that his like was an accident, a case of his big fingers hitting the wrong button and not criticism of his teammate.

It's certainly possible that it was an accident. It's also possible that it wasn't.
