Minnesota's Tai'yon Devers may have delivered the most devastating hit of the college football season.

Minnesota's Tai'yon Devers may be a true freshman, but he certainly didn't look like one late in the second quarter against Colorado State as he got around the edge and laid a vicious hit on quarterback Collin Hill forcing both Hill's helmet and the football to go flying.

We're in week four of the college football season and Devers already has three forced fumbles to his name with all three coming via sacks. He had two force-fumbling sacks in the Gophers' season-opening 30-23 win over Oregon State. Devers was later ejected in that contest for targeting.

After the momentum-swinging play, Colorado State was able to answer deep in the red zone and held the Gophers to a field goal making it 17-7 Minnesota headed into halftime.

Devers has started his college career in pretty strong fashion, and this sack has Minnesota fans excited while quarterbacks around the Big Ten may be keeping an extra eye on big No. 92 from here on out.
