Several-big name programs missed the cut for the NCAA Tournament this year. Which one was most-deserving of a bid?
Most experts would likely point to Oklahoma State. The Cowboys were one of the first teams out of this year’s field of 68.

Others might point to Notre Dame. The Selection Committee admitted that the Fighting Irish were team No. 69 this year.
Las Vegas has another team in mind, though. Louisville.
The Cardinals are the best team to miss the NCAA Tournament this year, according to the oddsmakers.
David Padgett’s team is ranked No. 23 in the country by the sportsbooks.

Louisville is a No. 2 seed in the NIT. The Cardinals are set to take on Northern Kentucky on Tuesday.
