Cleveland has made another nice trade.

It's been a busy day for the Cavs. Cleveland has made another trade.

About 30 minutes after it was announced that Cleveland had traded Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye to the Lakers in return for Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr., another big trade has happened.

This trade has landed Cleveland two nice players. Utah's Rodney Hood and Sacramento's George Hill are going to the Cavs.

The full trade:

  • Cleveland gets Rodney Hood, George Hill
  • Utah gets Jae Crowder, Derrick Rose
  • Sacramento gets Iman Shumpert

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski has the full details. Of course.

Here they are:

Cleveland has basically re-shaped its entire roster in the span of about an hour. The Cavs appear to be once again in nice position to win the Eastern Conference.

The NBA's trade deadline is for 3 p.m. E.T. Stay tuned for what could be a couple of more big trades around the league.
